This was a shot of the entrance to the Etceri Flea Market, where you can find all kinds of interesting stuff, including Soviet and Nazi memorabilia (I brought back a cap and a flask.) Its a bit out from the center of the city, though, so if you can, have the hotel or a magyar (Hungarian) friend call a taxi for you. Our taxi ride out cost less than 600 Forint (about $1.50 US) from downtown Pest. :

This is the huge market that was several doors down from our apartment - it takes up a full city block and has over 80 different vendors selling all kinds of goddies including fresh meat, fish and vegetables :
