Vacation Trip 2006
June/July 2006
Photos of the Barons Hotel and my Room There in Tallinn, Estonia
Photos in Album: 69
The Barons Hotel in Tallinn is an *excellent* choice. It is located right in old town, walking distance from everything. The building used to be a bank (which you will see in the photos of the safety deposit box vault later) so it is well built - solid. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. There is free broadband Internet access in the lobby.
Here are photos from breakfast (a nice breakfast is available daily.)
Here is the outside of the hotel
Here are photos from the room
This is the more modern appearing back elevator
This is an Apacer Steno 300. All I had to do was take the memory card from the camera and plug it into the side of the device, put in a DVD, and it transferred all photos to the DVD for me. This meant I could literally take as many photos as I wanted.
Here are the famous safety deposit boxes, which are kept in the old bank vault
These are photos of the second room I had in the hotel, when I came back from Voru.
Check out the clock - it is 9:08 pm - now look at the next photos to see how bright it is outside
